Lynda Thomas is the Team Leader at the 11 service.

Greeters attend one service per month for a total commitment of 12 Sundays per year, a light commitment.  Greeters are asked to arrive 30 minutes before each Sunday service and stand at the front door to welcome and greet.

"This is an easy way to serve the congregation," explains Linda.  Don't underestimate the power of greeting others.  It is an excellent way to meet people and to serve in a very important capacity:  making people feel comfortable and welcomed as part of the community.

Currently the 11 am service has regular greeters for every shift but they can always use subs.  The 9 am service needs greeters for the 3rd, 4th and 5th Sundays.
